ARRIVAL

1. We will contact you two weeks before your visit to The Chellington Centre. At this point we will need to know your arrival and departure times. You may wish to discuss with us pre-ordering a Tesco, Sainsbury or Waitrose delivery.
2. Chellington is an unstaffed centre so please ensure that you have the Caretaker/Manager's mobile telephone number on hand when you are travelling up to the Centre so that if there are any changes to the expected arrival time, these can be communicated.
3. It would be helpful for you to give the Caretaker/Manager a mobile number so that we can contact you if there are any problems prior to your arrival.
4. On arrival you will be met by a member of The Chellington Centre team, who will show you around and give you some health and safety information. This takes around 20 minutes. Please make arrangements for a leader to take care of your participants during this time.

For Weekend Groups

• Arrival is normally on a Friday
• Usual arrival time is 5:00pm
• Please contact the Chellington Caretaker/Manager to agree a time at least two weeks before your weekend.
  

For Groups during the Week

• If you plan to arrive on Monday the normal time of arrival is noon
• For arrival during the rest of the week the start time is more flexible
• All arrival arrangements need to be made with our Chellington Caretaker/Manager at least two weeks before your stay to ensure we can have someone there to meet you.
