BURSARY FUND

The purpose of this fund is to make the Centre accessible to as wide a range of groups as possible. Our main focus is on young people, though applications will be considered from groups of adults.

The Trustees of ReachOut Plus would like to thank the many individual donors and particularly the Carlton Education Trust for providing the money to establish a Bursary Fund to support groups who wish to use The Chellington Centre.

Bursaries will be made up to a maximum of 30% of the cost of using the centre.

We welcome applications from organisations and groups working with young people or adults in areas of deprivation where funding is not easily available for residential activity.

Additionally we welcome applications from:

  • Parishes/deaneries in the Diocese of St Albans where there is little youth work but where joint/shared residential visits could be encouraged - please telephone 0845 216 0080 or email us
  • Parishes looking outwards into their wider community, who may not have direct youth work but may have links to other groups or organisations. This would support the priorities of Vision for Action.

Applications can be made on a form available from this website. We would like to encourage as much to be done electronically as possible.

Download application form and send your completed form to The Administrator, ReachOut Plus.
