Ideal space for learning outside the classroom

With full residential accommodation and facilities for indoor and outdoor activities, The Chellington Centre enables schools and groups to run their own programmes in a dedicated environment.

Chellington is a wonderful base to combine team-based activities at the centre and action-packed day trips to many local attractions such as Woburn Safari Park and Milton Keynes Xscape. It can also provide a base for field work in a number of subjects including geography, history, environmental studies, science and botany.

There are a wide range of activities in the local area - including the award winning Harrold-Odell Country Park - within walking distance, and beautiful countryside walks on the doorstep.

Just some ways in which schools and groups can use the centre include:

The Centre accommodates residential visits for up to 30 guests in small dormitories of 4-5. The central hall has many uses and can hold up to 80 participants theatre style. Two separate smaller seminar rooms enable breakout activities for up to 20 people each.

Residential groups most often stay for a weekend (Friday afternoon to Sunday Afternoon) or a mid week (Monday Lunchtime to Friday lunchtime). We try our best to cater for alternative requirements, subject to availability. Day hire is also available. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
