Flexible modern facilities for meetings, seminars and conferences

The Chellington Centre has been designed and fully equipped with modern facilities to ensure a successful conference, seminar or training day.

The multi-use main hall sits up to 80 people theatre style, whilst two separate meeting rooms allow for breakout activities for up to 20 people.

Included in the price of hire for meetings and seminars are:

  • use of all the centre facilities
  • rooms set up to your individual requirements
  • a range of presentation equipment
  • wireless internet access
  • tea and coffee break refreshments

PLAN

Main Hall

Occupying the original nave of the church, the high ceilinged and brightly lit main hall is a flexible space for many types of activities.

• Can be set up theatre style for up to 80 people in conference or for presentations
• Spacious room for team building and personal development activities
• Tables and chairs can be configured for dining or desk based activities

Winnie Hall Room – Breakout Room 1

Separated from the main hall by glass doors, the original altar area offers a separate breakout room Up to 20 people can use this smaller room yet still be near the main hall activities.

Ibbett Room – Breakout Room 2

In the new extension, the Ibbett Room brings the countryside into the centre with its semi circular wall of windows giving a panoramic view over the Ouse Valley. Tables and chairs available for boardroom layout.

Catering

Self-catering facilities are available next to the main hall for easy tea and coffee making.

Although the Centre is primarily a self-catering facility, we have excellent relationships with local caterers and can arrange external catering on request. Just let us know your requirements when booking.

Parking

There is parking for 20 cars, with additional parking space available by arrangement.  The car park allows sufficient space for a coach to turn if required.

Presentation Facilities

A full range of presentation equipment including projector and screen, DVD player, speakers, OHP, flip charts, whiteboard and digital camera is available. Equipment is provided free of charge with your booking.

Residential Facilities

Residential courses for up to 30 people can be accommodated in our dormitory style bedrooms – see full details.
