Situated in rural Bedfordshire, The Chellington Centre provides rural surroundings for quiet and contemplative retreats, whilst also being near to an extensive range of attractions for those who want a base for an action packed week.

Sitting on top of a hill in the village of Carlton, surrounded by outstanding Bedfordshire countryside, Chellington overlooks the River Ouse. Remote enough to be blissfully quiet, yet just 10 miles from Bedford, and 17 miles from both Northampton and Milton Keynes.

Local attractions include the award-winning Harrold-Odell Country Park within walking distance. The beautiful countryside on the doorstep offers plenty of opportunities for walking, exploration and closeness to nature.

For day trips from the Centre, Chellington is in easy reach of Bedfordshire's top attractions such as Woburn Abbey and Safari Park, the Cecil Higgins Art Gallery, Wild Britain (formerly the Butterfly Park). Whilst nearby Buckinghamshire offers attractions including Bletchley Park, the Aerial Xtreme outdoors ropes course and the Milton Keynes Xscape complex, including ski-dome, bowling lanes, climbing and cinema.
